Singer-songwriter Natasha Bedingfield is trying again to sell one of her Los Angeles homes—this time with a higher price.
The “Pocketful of Sunshine” singer is putting her modern house in Los Feliz back on the market for $4.75 million. She previously listed it in 2014 for $3.75 million.
