Joshua Harris, co-founder of private equity firm Apollo Global Management, has purchased a 100-year-old mansion on Manhattan’s Upper East Side for $52 million.
Though the property first listed for $72 million in 2016, the sale still represents the second highest price ever paid for a New York City residential townhouse, according to agent Paula Del Nunzio of Brown Harris Stevens.
