Located at 150 Charles Street, the apartment spans approximately 4,000 square feet, with three bedrooms and an additional den that could be used as a bedroom. There is a roughly 1,500-square-foot landscaped garden on the lower level, which overlooks the Hudson River. Mr. Bon Jovi closed on his purchase of the unit for $12.88 million in 2015, public records show.

Mr. Bon Jovi didn’t go far to find a new home. He paid $18.94 million for an apartment at the nearby Greenwich Lane condominium development last year.
