A Hamptons spec home has sold for $22.5 million, or 19% less than its original listing price.
Developed by Southampton-based Lifton Green, the seven-bedroom house was listed for $27.9 million in March of last year with Cody and Zachary Vichinsky of Bespoke Real Estate and Sotheby’s International Realty. At the time of the sale Bespoke was the only firm involved, Cody Vichinsky said.
