Billionaire trader Stanley Druckenmiller has sold his sprawling Connecticut estate for $25 million in Greenwich’s priciest deal so far this year.

Mr. Druckenmiller listed the property, known as Sabine Farm, for $31.5 million in March, according to listing agent Leslie McElwreath of Sotheby’s International Realty. The over 19-acre estate comprises a 12,238-square-foot main house as well as a three-bedroom guest cottage with its own driveway, a swimming pool and landscaped gardens.
