A Miami Beach house that was the longtime home of the late Leonard Miller, co-founder of one of the country’s largest home builders, is asking $49 million.
The seven-bedroom, roughly 10,200-square-foot waterfront house sits on the northeastern tip of Star Island, according to Jill Hertzberg of the Jills team at Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate, which has the listing.
